✨️When you start to allow your body to release what it's been holding on to for so long. It is a release that will not only free those experiences but will also free you from the chains holding you back from your path. Feelings will mainly be released through tears, and it is hard to allow this, but when it happens, you will begin to allow the weights to begin lifting.
An area that has been hard for me is allowing it to all be released without holding back. There is so much inside, it's time to let go and live.

😎Spring Break is finally here for me! My kids had Spring Break in March.

📚The education system is built upon unpaid teacher working hours, so do not succumb to the pressure while you are off. Take that breath, that walk that trip to Target. Whatever fills your soul is more important than grading, planning, and organizing. It will all be there upon your return, but this time will not.
